Courtesy translation – the German version (AGB) is legally binding.
Cancelling and rescheduling appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the treatment are free of charge. For no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full booked treatment will be charged. An exception applies in case of illness upon presentation of a medical certificate.
Late arrivals
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, 100% of the cost of the reserved treatment time will be charged. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, the treatment may then no longer be possible.
Refill appointments:
- Week 1 = up to 7 days
- Week 2 = up to 14 days
- Week 3 = up to 21 days
- Week 4 = up to 28 days
- If less than 50% of the lashes remain, a new set will be charged.
These Terms & Conditions form an integral part of all agreements and are deemed accepted upon use of our services.
